My Amazingly Awesome Grilled Cheese

I am officially releasing the official way that Grilled Cheese BLT's need to be made. All of them. For the sake of the triple bypass.

-2 bread slices
-Mayo
-Fresh ground pepper
-Butter
-Lettuce
-Tomato
-Bacon
-American/Cheddar/Montey Jack Cheese (I prefer all of the above).

The Howto:
-Preheat frying pan with nonstick spray.
-Butter one slice of bread and stick it butter-size down on the pan.
-Add Mayo and pepper on the slice. Then sliced tomato, lettuce, bacon and cheese. Then top it off with the top piece of bread, buttered with the butter side up. Flip that before it cooks too long.
-Let it cook, then flip it once more.
-Keep process going until both sides are a nice, crisp light golden brown.

-Enjoy that stuff.

I am a huge fan of mayo, pepper and tomatoes all next to each other. It's so amazing.... The fresher the tomatoes, the better the taste.
