Easy Italian Chicken.

-Chicken breast (thawed)
-Italian dressing

1) Take a fork and stab chicken all over.
2) Coat chicken breasts in Italian Dresing in glass bake pan
3) Marinate (if you have time)
4) Cook at 350 degrees until chicken browns lightly. You can recoat chicken in dressing if you need to. Chicken should NOT be pink in middle.

Serve with veggies and rice.

It's cheap and easy and tastes really good.
